Roblox lists the condition as survive Fredbear squeezing into your room (4,283 awards as of 8 Nov 2026, 0.4% win rate on Roblox’s badge metric).

That confirms a room invasion mechanic, not only a hallway chase. Plan for him crossing the doorway threshold while you are still inside.

What the developer says about Fredbear

Fredbear sits on the six-name hunter list with Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, Foxy, and Golden Freddy. The store description says each hunts by its own rules without documenting those rules further.

The same description also gives tools that apply to every hunter:

• Hide in closets or crawl the vents
• Barricade doors (animatronics kick them in)
• Voice chat is live; they can hear you

If you hear singing, the developer says do not leave the room. That warning is general, not Fredbear-only, but it still matters during a squeeze chase if music starts elsewhere in the building.

How to survive with what we can cite
